Order Processing

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During promotions, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and dispatched.

Order Tracking

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to appear after your order has been dispatched. Some carriers may not scan the parcel at every stage of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
