All Faith Based orders are shipped directly from Ireland.

For customers located within the European Union, no additional import duties or EU customs fees apply. The price shown during checkout will not be increased by the additional import charges that may apply when purchasing from marketplaces or sellers located outside the EU.

Orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

Same-Day Dispatch

All orders received on a business day are prepared and posted the same day the order is received.

Orders placed after the carrier’s final collection time, during weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next available business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, your tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

Please allow between 24 and 72 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch. Some carriers may not scan the parcel at every stage of its journey.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Please contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel your order.

Because orders are dispatched quickly, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible after an order has been placed. Orders that have already been posted cannot be cancelled.
